Domestic Shipping (Within India)

    • All domestic orders are shipped through registered courier partners or India Post Speed Post.
    • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and successful payment.
    • Delivery timelines are 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
    • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
    • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, BrightBuggy is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order ID.
  • Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item.
  • Replacement or exchange will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Exchange shipping is free for defective or wrong deliveries; otherwise, buyer pays return and reshipping costs.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds for canceled or returned orders are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
