🛒 Orders & Payments
Q1. How can I place an order on BrightBuggy?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order — it’s that easy!
Q2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via secure gateways like Razorpay.
Q3. How will I know my order was placed successfully?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your purchase is complete. You’ll also get another email when your order is shipped.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q4. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes! We ship across India through trusted courier partners and Speed Post.
Q5. Do you ship internationally?
No, please contact us on our support email with product details and we shall let you know if we can ship it international address.
Q6. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier company norms but in general within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch order is delivered to your address. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is shipped.
Q7. What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
While we ensure safe dispatch, delivery delays can occur due to courier or postal issues. Please contact us at brightbuggystore@gmail.com with your order ID, and we’ll help track your shipment.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Q8. Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery along with photos of the product and packaging.
Q9. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We offer free exchanges for damaged, defective, or wrong products received. For all other exchange requests, return and reshipping costs apply.
Q10. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it’s shipped — whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
Q11. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Yes, we take pride in offering 100% authentic, quality-tested, products. Many of our items are handcrafted and made using traditional methods to ensure premium quality.
Q13. Do you offer gift packaging or custom orders?
