At BrightBuggy, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If, however, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchange

  • Returns/exchange are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at brightbuggystore@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    • Reason for return/exchange
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Return Process

  1. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
  2. The product must be securely packed and shipped back via a registered courier.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item received was defective or wrong.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In cases where the product was damaged in transit or out of stock, you may choose between a full refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider first.

Cancellation Policy – BrightBuggy

We understand that plans can change! You may cancel your order under the following terms:


Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before shipment (whichever is earlier).
  • To cancel, contact us at brightbuggystore@gmail.com with your order ID.
  • Once canceled, your payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may, however, refuse delivery or raise a return request after receiving the order as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Order Modification

If you need to change your address, contact number, or item details after placing an order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order.
